Tysen Leckie is the Executive Vice President of Base-2 Solutions, LLC. A boutique SBA-certified woman-owned and operated small business specializing in industry-leading technological and cyber solutions, Base-2 Solutions provides white-glove service and expertise in the areas of Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Big Data, DevSecOps, and Data Analytics to customers including the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, the broader U.S. Federal Government, and others.

Tysen is responsible for operations and program direction at Base-2 Solutions. Since co-founding Base-2 Solutions along with President Dylan Leckie in 2016, Tysen’s direct experience in the software development and cybersecurity fields have enabled him to provide tangible technical and leadership support across all Base-2 efforts.

Tysen’s extensive technical and leadership-oriented background expands across the IC and Federal spaces, where his engineering and cybersecurity teams have built, deployed, and maintained solutions for some of the most sensitive and important systems in the Federal Government. Tysen has architected, implemented, and lead engineering teams developing key systems and solutions, involving Full stack Software Engineering, Software Defined Radio Systems, and Technical Cybersecurity solutions.

Tysen holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Grand Valley State University, an M.S. from Florida State University in Computer Science, and an M.S. from the Johns Hopkins University in Information Systems and Technology.
