JACK TILLMAN

Jack Tillman is the Director of Engineering at Base-2 Solutions, LLC. A boutique SBA-certified woman-owned and operated small business specializing in industry-leading technological and cyber solutions, Base-2 Solutions provides white-glove service and expertise in the areas of Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Big Data, DevSecOps, and Data Analytics to customers including the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, the broader U.S. Federal Government, and others.

Jack currently leads Base-2 Solutions product lines. As part of this, Jack is architecting Base-2’s Zero Trust solution, where he is currently leading the Engineering and Cybersecurity teams to develop an enterprise-scale platform to meet Federal Zero Trust security requirements.

With vast experience building and delivering hardware, software, and platform solutions from embedded systems to Enterprise-wide as-a-Service offerings, Jack has been widely recognized for his technical expertise and leadership abilities. Prior to joining Base-2 Solutions in April 2022, Jack worked in Software and System Engineering leadership roles, supporting a variety of applications, systems, and system-of-system platforms for customers throughout the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, as well as other civilian U.S. Government customers.

Jack holds dual B.S. degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering.
