DYLAN LECKIE

Dylan Leckie is the President of Base-2 Solutions, LLC. A boutique SBA-certified woman-owned and operated small business specializing in industry-leading technological and cyber solutions, Base-2 Solutions provides white-glove service and expertise in the areas of Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Big Data, DevSecOps, and Data Analytics to customers including the U.S. Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, the broader U.S. Federal Government, and others.

Dylan approaches leadership at Base-2 with a hands-on philosophy. Her direct experience in the software development and cybersecurity fields give her a deeper understanding of the daily successes and challenges her employees face and how to best support them. Since co-founding Base-2 Solutions along with Executive Vice President Tysen Leckie in 2016, Dylan has strategically and fearlessly led Base-2 teams to success by engendering a culture of high productivity, creative thought, and innovation, and acknowledging team and individual achievements. Under her leadership, Base-2 has successfully positioned itself as a key leader in cybersecurity and particularly Zero Trust, both initiatives that have driven significant revenue and earnings for the company.

A respected leader with strong technical and communications experience, Dylan has worked on several projects supporting technical solutions for the Department of Defense and Navy, with a majority of her IC expertise centering around DevSecOps.

Dylan holds a B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
